ROME (AP) — Fiji-born Manoa Vosawai will replace suspended captain Sergio Parisse at No. 8 when Italy hosts Wales in the Six Nations on Saturday.
Earning his 93rd cap, prop Martin Castrogiovanni will be captain for the game at the Stadio Olimpico. Parisse will miss the rest of the Six Nations after he received a 30-day ban for insulting a referee in a French Top 14 game with Stade Francais.

Also, Antonio Pavanello will make his first Six Nations start at No. 4, replacing Quintin Geldenhuys.
