Barcelona's Xavi ruled out of Getafe game

BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — Already missing Lionel Messi and Neymar, Barcelona has also ruled Xavi Hernandez out of Sunday's match at Getafe.

Barcelona says Xavi has nagging pain in his right leg and won't play in the Spanish league game. The defending champions were already without Messi and goalkeeper Victor Valdes due to injury, while Neymar is serving a one-game suspension.

Barcelona will get defender Dani Alves back, howver, after he was sidelined for several weeks with injury. Barcelona is joint top of the league with Atletico Madrid, which hosts Levante on Saturday.
