While Denise has always had a passion for languages and reading, her love of writing didn’t spark until she took her first creative non-fiction classes in college. As our customer research expert, she is always aware of our customers’ needs and interests – and her daily work is all about understanding and meeting these needs. Denise is also a certified translator for English, Spanish and German, and she especially enjoys providing insights for our international user base around the globe. When she’s not at work, you are most likely to find her hiking or exploring new countries and cultures.
