Where can I find instructions for using Online Office?

Where are my Online Office files saved?

Documents you create in Online Office will automatically be saved in your Cloud, which comes with 2 GB of free storage space. This means you’re completely free to access your documents online wherever you are and at any time. To save a document to your computer hard drive, select the file in your Cloud and click Download. Then select the desired storage location for your file.

Can I use Online Office to edit documents that are saved on my computer?

Yes, you can upload files from your computer hard drive straight to Online Office and work on them there. Simply go to > Open File in the left navigation menu, click > Upload, and select the file you wish to view or edit.

What kind of document templates are available?

A broad selection of templates is available with your free email account, including templates for resumes, presentations and (cover) letters. Upgrade to Premium to unlock additional templates, such as journals and brochures, and also receive an extra 10 GB of storage space for your files.
