Navigate to the Contacts section of your mail.com email account and from here, click on the “New Contact” button and enter in all relevant details. Synchronizing your email address book

The mail.com Contacts function can be synchronized with all contacts apps that support the CardDAV standard. In order to sync with an iOS device, simply add a CardDAV account in your settings. For Android, download the mail.com email app and select “sync contacts” in the settings area. When importing contacts to your email address book, the following formats are supported:

  • Thunderbird (.ldif)
  • Digital business cards (.vcf)
  • Windows Contacts (.csv)
  • Outlook 02/03/07 (.csv)
  • Outlook Express (.csv)
  • Outlook 98/2000 (.csv)

Alternatively, exporting contacts is quick and easy: navigate to the settings and click “Export Contacts.”
