Once you’ve added all your mail.com accounts to the app, you can check them all in the blink of an eye

Nowadays most of us enjoy the convenience of an email app on our phones. And the mail.com Mail App (for iOS and Android) offers many advantages – from easy setup to integrated cloud storage. But did you know that if you have several email accounts at mail.com, you can add them all in your mail.com Mail App?

Why add all your mail.com accounts in the app?

Just one login is all you need: Instead of logging into each mail.com account individually in your web browser, you can have all of your email accounts in a single mobile app. Once you have logged into each of them with the username and password for that account, there is no need to sign in and out each time you check for emails: you can toggle between accounts in your settings.

With everything in a single app, it’s much easier to keep track of and manage your email. This is especially true for email accounts that you don’t check all that often – a quick click is enough to make sure no important messages have slipped through the cracks. For maximum convenience, you can even activate notifications for one, some, or all of the accounts that you’ve added to the app – so you never miss an email again.

Good to know: Is the mail.com mobile app safe?

You might be wondering how your accounts are protected since you are not required to log in and out of each one when switching between them. Never fear – at mail.com we take customer security very seriously! That’s why we recommend that you give the app an extra layer of protection by activating PIN protection. If your smartphone supports fingerprint or facial recognition, you can also activate this for the mail.com app. This means that even if someone else gets their hands on your phone, they won’t be able to access your emails.
